CRO Strategist / Funnel Architect
Creativz is looking for a CRO Strategist who lives and breathes data. You’ll design, test, and optimize digital funnels that maximize ROI. This role bridges marketing psychology, data analytics, and UX design — ideal for an analytical creative thinker.
Responsibilities
Audit client websites and funnels to identify conversion bottlenecks.
Develop CRO strategies based on analytics, heatmaps, and behavioral data.
Create and prioritize test hypotheses with clear KPIs.
Define A/B and multivariate testing roadmaps.
Report insights and present results to clients and the internal team.
Requirements
3–5 years of CRO or performance marketing experience.
Deep familiarity with GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, GTM, and Brevo Analytics.
Strong grasp of copywriting psychology, offer structure, and UX patterns.
Analytical mindset with an understanding of data interpretation.
Excellent communication skills in English.
