Banner Ad Operations Specialist
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Ad Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our clients’ digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll ensure that every banner, pixel, and placement is delivered flawlessly, on time, and performing at its peak.
Responsibilities:
Manage setup, trafficking, and QA of banner ads across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
Coordinate with the creative and development teams to ensure ad specs and tracking tags are correctly implemented.
Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance.
Report insights and suggest optimizations to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion metrics.
Maintain consistency between creative assets and live placements.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in ad operations, media buying, or trafficking.
Familiarity with ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, AdRoll, Meta Ads Manager).
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
